FREEDOM CAMP
Freedom Camp is a summer day camp for youths with disabilities and their siblings, offered in two 2-week sessions during the months of July and August. Freedom Camp provides each camper with a carefully planned schedule which allows for an active and successful day. An overall time frame does exist, but in-depth learning experience will not be measured by the clock. We strive to offer a program which allows for the development of each participants personal acceptance and self worth. A typical day at Camp may include arts and crafts, games, a song fest, swimming (both recreational and instructional), a visit from the Auburn Fire Department, the SPCA and many other activities to give the campers a fun filled day.
