| Howland Island State Boat Launch, located in the Town of Conquest, offers non-motorized access to the Seneca River free of charge. Howland Island is a State owned wildlife management area. Canoeists may canoe around the island from the Seneca River, or may walk over the pedestrian bridge crossing the Seneca to access the many hiking trails on the island.
