Photos    Getting There Launch from Emerson Park boat launch and travel north along the Owasco River Outlet! The paved parking area and boat launch are accessible to motorized and non-motorized watercraft. The park charges a parking fee - call the park at 315-253-5611 for more information. Restroom Facilities are available in Emerson Park. (The Owasco Lake Boat Launch offers an alternative access point onto the Owasco River Outlet.) The outlet begins at the boundary between the Towns of Owasco and Fleming, and flows north through the City of Auburn, Town of Throop and Town of Mentz, terminating at the Seneca River. The most accessible portion of the Owasco River Outlet begins at Emerson Park in the Town of Owasco and stretches to the first dam within the City of Auburn. This gentle route will take you behind Auburn High School and through quiet residential areas of the City.
