All Football Players and Cheerleaders are required to have a sports physical prior to their first practice, August 1st, 2008

If you choose to have your own doctor do your child's physical, it must be written on the Physician's letterhead and must say: 

[[Your child's name] is able to play Pop Warner contact football or cheerlead.  The physician's letterhead must have BOTH the physician's signature AND stamp.  It must be dated within this calendar year.
